inXitu offers three different ways to utilize our patented, award winning technology:

"BTX": is a small form factor benchtop XRD/XRF instrument for laboratory environments. Easy to use, BTX is well suited for those environments and application where a skilled X-ray diffraction scientist is not available.

"TERRA": Terra, our award winning design, allows for XRD/XRF analysis in the field. Fully contained and portable, Terra allows you to take the analysis to the sample. Also well suited for use by those not highly trained in X-ray diffraction, Terra is at home with both the geologist and the infield technician.

"Duetto": Duetto, represents a truly exciting way to analyze material "in place". Using a reflection based XRD technique, Duetto should be considered when the sample is too large, too fragile or too precious for any form of sample preparation.
