The inXitu "Duetto" represents the first commercially available combination XRD/XRF instrument for the NON-DESTRUCTIVE analysis of material. Duetto allows for the analysis of phase/mineral and elemental identification of either delicate materials (such as art work) or items which are too large to be brought into the laboratory.

Following on from the successful TERRA field portable XRD/XRF instrument, Duetto utilizes many of the same proven field reliable components.
